He married 1 July 1802 SALLIE ABRAMS, daughter of William Abrams of Sandwich (note that The Tupper Genealogy, op. cit., calls her Abrahamson).
The dates of marriage and death and the record of children are taken from Frank R. Ellis, Descendants of Rowland Ellis and Sallie Abrams of Massachusetts (1893), but compare the date of death with that given in THE REGISTER, vol. 48, p. 348, July 1894. Boston city records have not been checked.
