SAMUEL3 PERRY (Ezra,2 Ezra1), born 20 March 1688/9, died after 1730. He married in Bridgewater, Mass., 14 Dec. 1710, SARAH LEONARD (Bridgewater Vital Records), daughter of Solomon and Mary Leonard of Middleborough, Mass. At the time of his marriage he is called "of Sandwich."
Under his father's will be inherited the homestead and considerable real estate in Sandwich. The births of his children appear in the Sandwich records "to Samuel and Sarah," but there is no record to show that his family were church members. In the 1730 list of Sandwich householders he is called Samuel Perry "Junr." (his uncle Samuel was still alive). His children all left Barnstable County and there is no record of the settlement of his estate there, so he may also have moved away after 1730.
