Ursula Carter
Another name for Ursula was Drusilla Carter. General Notes: Ursula or Drusilla Carter married Edward Dillingham in Cotesbach 14 Feb 1614, according to IGI records. They came with their two sons, Henry and John, to Plymouth in 1632, and settled in Sandwich in 1637. Edward’s brother John had come here in 1630. The affidavit of Frank Howland, Town Clerk of Barnstable Township, gives Ursula’s death as 9 February 1656. Dudley’s records give her name as Drusilla. So does the Cape Cod Library of L H & G. But Winthrop Alexander calls her Ursula. He tells of Edward Carter, whose death is recorded in 1601. (Alexander p18a) [DILLIN.GED] Ursula married Edward Dillingham, son of Rev.
