SAMUEL4 PERRY (Capt. Nathaniel,3 Benjamin,2 Ezra1) was born 21 July 1742. It is said that he married first, in Easton, Mass., Mary (called Polly) Williams, but it is also claimed that she married 9 April 1761 his brother Nathaniel Perry. Samuel married (? secondly) in Easton, 17 Sept. 1772, [E]UNICE WHITE of Easton.
He and his brother Nathaniel accompanied their father on the expedition to Cape Breton, Canada, in 1756. He is said to have moved first to Amenia, N. Y., later to Franklin County, N. Y.; then to Georgetown, Canada, and finally to have settled in Vermont.
