ABNER3 PERRY (Benjamin,2 Ezra1), born 10 March 1703/4, died on Cape Breton Island during the siege of Louisburg in Canada 26 March 1758 (Frederick Endicott, The Record of Births, Marriages and Deaths and Intentions of Marriage in the Town of Stoughton). He married in Sandwich, Mass., 12 May 1726, JOANNA GIBBS (town records; THE REGISTER, vol. 12, p. 311). Abner Perry appears in the 1730 list of Sandwich householders, but evidently moved to Plymouth, Mass., about 1731. He subsequently lived in Scituate, Wrentham, Stoughton, Foxborough and Dudley, Mass. Abner moved around a bit, living in Sandwich, Plymouth, Scituate, Wrentham, Stoughton, Foxborough and Dudley. He was killed in action, during the siege of Louisburg on Cape Breton Island. [PERRY.TXT]
