The death of Lewis MacDonald Esq. has cast a gloom over this place. The funeral services were conducted by Rev.Parker, assisted by Rev.Tyler (Methodist) on Wend. afternoon. His daughter, Mrs.Charles Potter and child, and his son Elvin MacDonald of Malden, MA arrived on Tues.by steamer.
