ELEVENTH GENERATION

1243. Prince Landers Jr. was born about 1765 in Falmouth, Barnstable, MA. He appeared on the census in 1800 in Falmouth, Barnstable, MA.⁽⁴⁷⁸⁾ He died before 12 Nov 1804. Prince5 Landers (Prince4, Amos3, Richard2, Thomas1), born about 1765, died before 12 Nov. 1804.

He married 21 July 1796 Love Davis (Falmouth Town Records), born about 1771, died 10 Oct. 1845 "ae. 74". Her parentage has not come to light, though she may have been a relative of Elizabeth (Davis) Landers, wife of John4 Landers. She married secondly, in 1804 Levi5 Landers.

Prince Landers, Jr., of Falmouth, by a deed 10 July 1795, bought land there from Presbury Wing which is described as "lying in the Plaine" which his father (i.e. the grantee’s father) gave Wing, the grantor, "by deed of preference" (Falmouth Town Deeds, Barnstable County Deed Registry, 2:3). This instrument was witnessed by Joseph Landers and Barnabas Crowell. As we shall see, in 1827 Love (Davis) (Landers) Landers, her daughter Eunice, her second husband, Levi Landers, and Abigail (Fish) Landers sold land which had belonged to her first husband, Prince Landers, and the latter’s brother Joseph5 Landers, thus making clear the relationships between the grantors. He was married to Love Davis on 21 Jul 1796 in Falmouth, Barnstable, MA.⁽⁷⁸⁷⁾ Love Davis was born about 1771. She died on 10 Oct 1845. ⁽⁷⁸⁸⁾ Prince Landers Jr. and Love Davis had the following children:

2090 ii. Eunice Landers was born on 23 Jul 1801 in Falmouth, Barnstable, MA. ⁽⁷⁹¹⁾ She was christened on 23 Jul 1801 in Falmouth, Barnstable, MA.⁽⁷⁹²⁾ She died after 7 Jun 1827.
